And to those of you who don’t know what Amelie and this female mobster there are referring to: it’s not necessarily required to read the “Hungover Harpist” special to understand this story here. It just gives us some more background info and has some more funny and action-packed scenes. But I can only recommend it!
If anyone still wants a compressed summary: the twin brother of this female mobster once tried to get a suitcase full of money that belonged to Octavia Bloom. Kenzi, the transporter, brought it to Megan so that she could take care of it. At the same evening Amelie tried to rob Megan, was then overpowered by her and eventually agreed reluctantly to work for her to pay up for Megan’s losses. The next day the Paxians arrived, took Megan and Kenzi hostage and were about to kill them. But Amelie surprised and overpowered the mobster’s henchmen, allowing Meg and Kenzi to free themselves. Eventually it was Octavia Bloom who saved them all. That’s the story, but in the comic it is presented way more entertaining than I told here. It’s definitely worth a read!
