When I first read this, I didn’t recognize Catalina so she was a totally new character to me. But she actually apperaed before in the chapters 2.13 and 2.16 among the other mob bosses, like Octavia Bloom. And she’s one of the main villains in the spin-off “Tangled” featuring Lilja and Zhao. The gangsters from Pax, as cliché-looking as they might appear, actually are among the most cruel, as we’ll soon get to see…
