See, I actually like Justine…she maintains the image of a refined leader, even when she’s dealing with scummy criminals, or when the “actual” leader is prone to flights of fancy (like throwing a party during a city-wide curfew). XD
She just has REALLY shitty children…and Julia struck a nerve about how disappointing they are. Justine can’t disagree, but she will defend them, nonetheles.
Curious to see if Julia will confront Ornborg about what Justine said…
An interesting scene. We have two strong women here who clash and neither one of them is intimidated by the other. But Justine is the more powerful one. Let’s see how this will turn out.
The dialogue is well written here. Hoshi did also great job with the expressions, again. And even though this is a more serious scene, the final panel with both their breasts touching each other added some nice humour. ^^
Well this getting very heated
In more than one way!

I applaud Julia for standing her ground to Justine of all people, but she should also be more careful. That woman has a long reach in the city.
