Well sadly,Trishula,there WAS no announcement in the updates section. They never said that there wasn’t going to be a new comic until September. I don’t know why they didn’t do that. It would have been better if they let everyone know they were going to do this.
There was an announcement, just not on the main updates page. I know, it’s irritating because what’s the point of making an update if you’re not going to put it on the update page? Regardless, the comic resumes September 2nd if you were curious.

What a great action panel! And what a cliffhanger!
This one was a real painful one, because you kept us waiting for more three and a half months. During this time I discovered this series and started reading and commenting on it. That seems now so long ago…
Anyway, I’d like to point out how long the chapters over time have become. The very first chapter had only six pages, over the course of Vol. 1 they got increasingly longer until you settled on more or less 16 pages from chapter 05 onward through the complete second volume. The two interlude chapters were overly long but since that was supposed to be more of a special instead of a regular chapter it was justified. But in vol. 3 only the first chapter had less than 20 pages. Since then the number of pages has again increased and since chapter 3.05 the former standard number of 16 pages has nearly doubled.
I’m not saying that’s good or bad, but it’s interesting. The story got for sure more intense, action-packed and complex over time. I don’t mind overly long chapters as long as they continue being as exciting as the recent ones.

Oh come on it’s almost the end of the month and you still haven’t updated the comic yet? When are we going to get a new chapter?
They have a summer off til September so they be back then hopefully
