Ok, then I help you. Tywin Lannister is a character from that series and the series of novels “A Song of Ice and Fire” by George R. R. Martin that it is based upon. He is essentially one of the main villains of the series. A ruthless patriarch who plots and schemes to contain his power position by any means necessary. He acts merciless and cruel, but brings his plans with patience and well-thought-out in motion. Definitely one of the most dangerous villains that appeared in any franchise.
Justine is basically the female version of him, I agree on that. Though she has still some redeeming qualities.

This reminds me also of the poster of “John Wick: Chapter 2”. Though I think that there are many movies and comics that used this motif for their covers even before.
