While I understand that Amelie has to be restrained like that, why has Franky not been handcuffed or something? Just like two pages ago, only the ladies get secured.
And yes, I am aware that this is about Damsels in Distress, but from an in-universe point of view it just seems odd to me. ^^”
Ok, Zhao asumably escaped, but Zila is still unconscious, so in this case it’s easy to take her into custody. Quite ani-climactic, if you consider that for the first time she was arrested it took TEN men to overpower her! But it works.
And Amelie gets very excessively restrained for a girl her age! But we all know our pink-haired raggamuffin, so that’s not coming as a surprise! 😀
And why Frankie’s not cuffed or tied: again, from an in-universe-point-of-view it could just be that the officers just didn’t saa him as an immediate threat and will cuff him or later. Or it’s just standard procedure to restrain only the women and not the men in this world, who knows? ^^
Oh: and the two dead officers that Michaela mentions are obviously the two that got their neck broken on page 4, so no one here should worry about Julia.
