On the other hand, though the big one got rid of his dreads (if he’s the one from Los Cocos Loco I’m thinking of), otherwise seems legit.

No, I don’t think that’s the same person. The tall man with the dreadlocks from “Los Cocos Loco Chapter 2” was Zila’s father, I think.
