I’m getting a feeling that Lilja is going to do something to Juila but what will it be? Maybe it’s chloroform maybe a tazer or those candles may have some special way to put people to sleep we will have to wait and see.
Uh-oh! These candles make me feel uneasy. Clearly there’s something wrong with them. If Lilja can’t daze Julia with a poisoned drink, then a scent will do. Why else would she have mentioned it?
The use of light and shade in the last two panels is great! Gives some eerie, film-noir-like feel.
In only four panels it feels like lilja has turned things around, Is how it feels. Also these candles give this sort of cult feeling. Great work guys.
