I’ve recently learned on deviantart that she is a native American (or, more fitting, an indigenous woman from Semlaworld’s version of America). Always good to get some representation.
And the truck with the female genie on a flying carpet printed on it and the magic lamp on the roof is a reference to a famous animated show in the Semlaverse that is shown in the special “The Cultured Corner”. I think it’s not that difficult to guess on what animated series from our world it is based upon? ^^
