It looks like Luci picked the wrong time to interview Julia. She should have just called her and made some arrangements before doing this. That would have made things A LOT easier for everyone.
Perhaps Luci should have ARRANGED for an interview with Julia instead of ambushing her as she was getting off work. That would have been better for ALL concerned.

Luci, maybe you should have either made Julia notice you earlier so that she wasn’t taken by surprise and overreacted. Or you should have, like Ghost wrote, made an arrangement to avoid a situation like this. But so it’s your own fault. Expect no pity from me. ^^
And Coralin doesn’t seem to be the brightest. She can only repeat what Luci yelled at Julia instead of thinking about some reply on her own.
