Phillip, you are right to be suspicious. Whatever reason lilja has for giving you this information can only be beneficial to herself in any form. So stay on guard.
Well,I have no idea who Michaela is. I hope we find out soon. As for Julia,I don’t know what happened to her. What did Lilja do to her? Also,I think Philip should be VERY suspicious of Lilja and her family. I think he knows a lot more about them then anyone suspects, but doesn’t want to say, either to protect himself or others because he probably knows what the Trevaines are truly capable of.
Personally I don’t think that Julia’s been brainwashed, but rather that she was given a high dose of memory-suppressing drugs. I know this is set in a fictional universe, but it’s also one that is grounded in reality without anything supernatural or sci-fi-like. So brainwashing seems to me very unlikely. Because it would need way more than just a few hours to do something like that properly. And neither Lilja nor someone of her staff seems to me able to do even do it properly.
And Phillip is obviously suspicious. He definitely knows something about the Trevaines that the other characters from the police don’t do. Now what could that be…? ^^
Oh, looks like Julia’s been brainwashed. Damn that Lila, hopefully Ameille will get the chance to tie her up 🙂

Smart guy!
Can’t help it but Julia appears very.. programmed to me, like a puppet.
Helpful people…always the most untrustworthy…
For real though, ever since that Pure Imagination chapter just seeing Julia talk positively about Lilja makes me wince a bit. :/
